HEB ISD Principal Now In Federal Custody
NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) – The HEB ISD elementary school principal on leave after being arrested by Frisco police for online solicitation of a minor is now in federal custody.
Oscar Figueroa, 46 is charged with federal child sexual exploitation.
Figueroa bonded out of the Frisco jail Wednesday, but was rearrested by Homeland Security agents Thursday.
Figueroa came to Viridian Elementary School as principal from another HEB elementary school when Viridian opened in 2014.
He will remain in federal custody at least until he has a bond hearing. No hearing is posted at this time.
