Club Drug Ketamine Could Solve Depression “Instantly”

Ketamine, the illegal club drug many know as “Special K,” could very well be the next Prozac for severely depressed people. NPR recently reported that researchers in Houston are in the process of doling out an “experimental drug” to patients that sounds suspiciously like Ketamine as part of a study. They seem to be finding that it instantly treats depression.
